Der argentinische Präsident Javier Milei hat erste Schritte zur Privatisierung der wichtigsten Fluggesellschaft des Landes angekündigt. Das Präsidialamt erklärte am Freitag (Ortszeit), die Regierung habe beschlossen, den Weg für die Privatisierung von Aerolineas Argentinas freizumachen. Zur Begründung hieß es, die Fluggesellschaft habe seit 2008 keinen Gewinn mehr erzielt. Zudem werde sie "von einer Gewerkschaftskaste schikaniert, deren einzige Priorität darin besteht, ihre Privilegien aufrecht zu erhalten".
